  We purchased a water heater several years ago. It had a lifetime warranty and when my husband called about it, they ask him to bring the paperwork over and they would see what they could do. He went thinking they would find a loop hole and not honor it. Well we were wrong. Melinda in plumbing was awesome. She called the company several times trying to get the situation resolved. She said if we would return the old one Lowes would honor the warranty even if the company did not. She went above and beyond to help. This is the reason we shop Lowes. Most of the associates are so helpful and so nice. Thank you.

  Went in to purchase fence material. Couldn't reach all items I needed. I asked for assistance, and girl says it would be a while because she had to load fence for customer. I parked my cart, told her to help me when she was done. I saw them load customers truck. Took 5 minutes. She and another Lowes employee walked out of department. I waited for a while, but left without buying anything. Spent almost $400.00 at a different Lowes, and got great service. I go to the Marion Lowes because it's convenient. I'll go to a different one because I get better service.
